group44 processes transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and approved cryptocurrency channels.
All promotional bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those specific bonus terms.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, money laundering, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and group44 ("group44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at group44.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Service"). Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account with group44 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia or your country of residence, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. group44 reserves the right to verify any information you provide and to request supporting documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. group44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
group44 reserves the right to suspend or place restrictions on any Account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms, fraud, identity misrepresentation, suspected money laundering, suspected bonus abuse, or any other conduct that group44 reasonably deems inappropriate or potentially harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
group44 accepts deposits from Members using the following approved Malaysian payment methods and channels:
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain network.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your group44 Account are derived from legitimate personal income and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. group44 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and may request evidence of source of funds at any time.
Deposits from third-party payment accounts — i.e. accounts not held in your own name — are strictly prohibited. Deposits received from unrecognised or unverified sources may be voided, and associated winnings forfeited, pending investigation.
group44 is not liable for any fees, exchange losses, or damages resulting from a failed deposit transaction due to circumstances outside our control, including payment processor downtime, bank-imposed restrictions, or network failures. Please contact our 24/7 support team if a deposit does not reflect in your Account within 30 minutes.
Withdrawal of Real Money Balances is available to all verified Members subject to the conditions outlined in this section.
For Members who have completed full KYC verification, withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. group44 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banking networks, or blockchain confirmation times.
group44 applies a same-source policy: withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account from which the deposit was originally made, to the extent technically permitted. Where a same-source withdrawal is not possible, group44 may request additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. group44 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum withdrawal limits from time to time.
group44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until a Member's Account has been fully KYC-verified, including submission and approval of valid identification, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably required. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid withdrawal delays.
group44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any additional terms specified on the relevant promotion page.
The systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (referred to as "matched betting" or "bonus hunting"), or any other practice deemed abusive by group44 — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may be closed without notice and all related balances forfeited.
group44 operates a tiered VIP Loyalty Programme with Bronze, Silver Elite, and Black Diamond tiers. Tier status, cashback rates, and associated benefits are determined at group44's sole discretion and are subject to change. Loyalty points earned have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the group44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

group44 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receipt of all required documents. During this period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending verification completion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content without group44's prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, group44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
group44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The specific consequences depend on the circumstances of termination:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no suspicious activity is associated with the Account.
group44 reserves the right to close or permanently suspend your Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, or any other conduct that group44 deems harmful to the Platform or its Members. Where an Account is closed due to a breach attributable to the Member, group44 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of this Agreement regardless of the reason for termination.
group44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — group44 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the group44 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the internal rules of group44.
In the event of any dispute between you and group44 arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. group44 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
All game outcomes, bet settlements, and account-related decisions made by group44 that are based on data generated by our certified systems are final and binding, and shall be the primary evidence used in any dispute resolution process.
